30 days, full refund, free return label. We accept returns on used products — your refund doesn't depend on condition. All returned units are recycled responsibly.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on every device. Covers manufacturing defects, motor failure, battery issues, and silicone damage. We replace or repair at no shipping cost.
What if my device arrives broken?
